Sam Nujoma Road few days after it official openingThe picture below shows the lights at Sam Nujoma Road, very shiny and one could easiliy see when driving along that road. But the picture at the top gives a different story, all the lights are not functioning few months after official opening of the road. It is a mockery isnt it? That darkeness can easily cause accidents.
